The delicious
taste of coffee is appreciated by all. But is coffee appreciated by our body?
The higher intake of coffee increases the caffeine content and can have a stimulating
effect. Studies say that coffee can even kill you if 80-100 cups is taken in a
short session. Insomnia and restlessness are other side effects. More than one
cup of coffee during pregnancy is a big
NO as the baby is highly sensitive to caffeine. People having high
cholesterol should choose filtered coffee. Coffee promotes gastric secretion
leading to discomfort in stomach. But along with these, coffee helps to lose
weight, reduces risk of stroke, boosts physical performance, helps to focus,
may lower the risk of type II diabetes, helps fight depression, has an
antioxidant effect and so on. Proper intake of coffee can give you a healthy
and happy life.
